Shipping Information

At DOT, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders worldwide.


Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed.
  • An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
  • During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 7–10 business days
  • 🌍 Other Countries: 10–15 business days

Please note: during holidays or peak periods, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International shipments may also face unexpected customs delays, which could extend delivery times.


Order Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping details at checkout.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate details may cause delays or cancellation.
  • If our system detects an address issue, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel your order.
  • If you spot an error, please contact us at support@dotrica.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after that timeframe.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to ship quickly, but delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (weather, transport disruptions, etc.)
  • Product availability or address verification problems
  • Payment processing delays

We’ll notify you if there are any issues and work with you to resolve them. Please understand that DOT cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for reasons outside our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed to the courier, it is no longer under DOT’s control. If your order is lost or stolen:

  • Please contact support@dotrica.com right away — we’ll assist in following up with the courier.
  • We also recommend filing a claim with the courier company directly.
  • In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
  • If the courier cannot locate your package, we may advise filing a police report.

Please note: lost or stolen packages fall outside of our refund policy, but we’ll always do everything possible to help you resolve the issue.
